Playbill - Jill Santoriello’s A Tale of Two Cities, the Dickens-inspired musical that had a test run in Sarasota, FL, last fall, will begin Broadway previews Aug. 19 toward a Sept. 18 opening at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
